Within the framework of creation of a city logistics centre for food stuff, in the Victoriya CJSC area, construction of a high-tech wholesale hypermarket is planned to be built. It comprises three Grade A buildings (25,000 sq m, 25,000 sq m, and 15,000 sq m) implementing European technologies. Now, the specialists are studying the experience of French, Belgium, and Dutch wholesale markets and food exchanges. The investments for this stage will account for some 2B rubles. It will be implemented in 2009-2012.
The Master plan of creation of a logistics area with the functions of a distributing centre and wholesale hypermarket is designed within the framework of the City Target Program of Wholesaling and Internal Logistics Development in Moscow developed by Moscow Government Food Resource Department, approved by Moscow Government Decree “On the measures of development of food wholesaling in Moscow in 2005-2007.” This document lays emphasis on the need for construction of such a logistics centre due to the increasing importance of food safety in Moscow and the structural changes in the food market expected to arise upon Russia’s entering WTO.
4th Moscow Hoist Ring to Go Within 50 m from Victoriya’s
 According to the approved decision of Moscow Plot Plan Design Institute, Moscow Central Bus Terminal will be relocated from Shelkovskaya subway station district to the proximity of Cherkizovskaya station.
The large-scale construction of the Terminal and infrastructure is planned to begin in 2008. Moreover, the multilane carriage of the 4th Moscow Hoist Ring will be even closer to Victoriya's. The construction of the carriage will start at Volgogradsky prospect.
Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov has already announced the road construction procedure several times.
