Constantly seeking mutually beneficial and favorable relationships with suppliers and clients the "Victorya" City Distribution Centre has brought a new project to life with the opening up of the Department of wholesale deliveries of food products to all regions of the Russian Federation. In the Europe similar type of food distribution sites have been operating for a long time now. The current scheme allows regional manufacturers of food products, by means of a trans-shipment distribution site, to carry out the sales and promotion of their products without incurring expenses for the the organization of branch offices and warehouses in territories around Moscow. Unfortunately, in Russia, each manufacturer is essentially forced to survive alone, encountering very bureaucratic retail network systems and large wholesale distributors. 
This is the main reason for the new "Victoriya" project. More than 30 large factories were united on the trading floor, manufacturers of fruit-and-vegetable preserves, juices and grocery products from the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation, as well as companies importing olive oil, olives, mineral water, tea, coffee and other food products. Manufacturers and importers are brought together in a general price-list, their assortment is classified by categories, and via an electronic information system is made available to thousands of wholesalers and jobbers in more than 300 cities throughout Russia. The number of participants in the project keeps increasing, the assortments and the list of products is constantly growing. At the center all advance orders from wholesale buyers are picked and prepared for shipment. The orders are usually filled in less than 3 days. Managers of the wholesale deliveries department offer convenient and flexible system for the delivery of goods from the manufacturer to the end user, through the Moscow warehouses of the City Distribution Centre. There is free delivery of the generated orders to the entire city of Moscow and the surrounding areas. The specialized motor transport fleet has official permissions for deliveries to the center of Moscow and other areas of capital.
