1954 – Bauman horticultural Base of Mosgorpplodovoschtorg Administration (the abbreviation stands for Moscow City Horticultural Market) established, occupying over 20 ha in the East of Moscow.

1965 – The Base opened in-house production of sour cabbage, pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, pepper. The shops produced vegetable and fruit marinades, starch, fruit dough, and even juices. The total annual output accounted for over 1.5 thousand tons.

1970 – There were 885 employees at the Base. The Base stored over 117 thousand tons of the vegetables of 1970 harvest. Wholesale turnover accounted for 38719 thousand soviet rubles.

1981 – According to the resolution #770 of Moscow Executive Committee, the Base was renamed Bauman Wholesale and Retail Horticultural Association.

1991 – According to the resolution #331 of Bauman District Council, the Association was renamed Bauman District Procurement and Producing Trade Association.

1992 – According to Moscow Government Decree #03Ð and Moscow registration chamber certificate #051.291, the Association was renamed Victoriya Closed Corporation.

2002 – Moscow Food Resource Department qualified Victoriya Closed Corporation a wholesale complex encompassing food wholesaling and distribution services.

2003 – According to Moscow Government Decree #820-ÏÏ, Victoriya Closed Corporation was included into the list of commercial firms of "mainstay enterprise” status. Started that year, the company worked as a full-fledged wholesale hypermarket.

2005 – According to the resolution of the independent inspection, and taking into account the company’s active participation in the implementation of the State Target Program on the Development of Food Wholesaling in the City of Moscow, Victoriya Closed Corporation was offered investment support to construct a modern Grade A distributing centre.

2006 – The project of creation of Grade A City Distributing Centre on Victoriya Closed Corporation site was approved by the Financial Council of Foundation of Assistance in Socio-Economic Development of Central Federal Districts of Russian Federation and considered socially significant for Moscow and Central Federal Districts in general.

2006 – on October 6, the Commission of Moscow Food Resource Department has signed the act confirming that the wholesale hypermarket is now functioning as a full-fledged City Distributing Centre.
